Junior AI Implementation Specialist

Olive Tree Consulting is currently assisting a major South African financial services firm as they integrate new internal workflows. We are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on helping our clients use practical tools to handle documentation and decision tracking more efficiently. You will be helping to build the systems that keep large teams organized and focused.

About the role
This position exists to support our advisory practice by bridging the gap between strategic goals and daily operations. Olive Tree believes in clarity, and the Junior AI Implementation Specialist helps teams set up simple, automated systems that capture notes and track responsibilities. You will work closely with our advisors to ensure that technology serves the management rhythm rather than complicating it. Because we are a fully remote firm, you will coordinate with your teammates through written updates and scheduled calls, focusing on clear results rather than office presence.

What you will do

• Configure and test basic AI tools for automated transcription and meeting summaries to ensure they capture the right information.
• Review generated outputs to ensure they meet our standards for clarity and accuracy before they reach the client.
• Create simple documentation guides and how to manuals for client teams to follow.
• Assist in mapping out current communication habits and identifying where tools can reduce repetitive manual work.
• Support advisors by preparing data for client reviews and internal coordination meetings.
• Help maintain the internal knowledge base of best practices for tool deployment and configuration.
• Monitor the performance of implemented tools and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in remote team syncs to discuss project progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
