Candidate Profile: A detail-oriented and analytical professional who supports First Line onboarding operations by reviewing, processing, and interpreting client information in line with internal policies. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to identify risks and onboarding requirements while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and customer service. Skills: Preferably 1-year experience in First line of Financial Institutions Attention to detail Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory (both verbal and written) Excellent spoken and written communication skills Methodical and Organised Responsibilities: Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with the review of customer applications and all supporting documents to ensure they meet all necessary requirements Support clients with technical queries Collect and verify customer identification and other KYC documents Perform Real-Time Video Verifications of Authorised Persons for ID verification purposes Verify and correct customer information in the institution’s CRM and ensure accuracy and completeness Follow up with customers to obtain additional information as needed Ensure all account opening activities comply with the institution’s policies and all applicable laws and regulations Assist with the review and monitoring of transactions and accounts for suspicious activity and plausibility. Assist with other first line tasks as needed Report directly to the First line Onboarding Supervisor.
