We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking Junior Animator who is eager to push the boundaries of traditional motion design. In this role, you will work within an innovative, AI-assisted creative workflow, contributing to cinematic scenes and animated content that make healthcare accessible to everyone.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career animator to rapidly scale their skills, work with next-generation AI tools, and collaborate closely with experienced industry professionals.

• Animation & Motion: Apply the 12 foundational principles of animation (timing, spacing, ease, anticipation, etc.) to bring characters, assets, and scenes to life with emotion and clarity.
• Scene Composition: Assemble, stage, and pace animated sequences to build compelling visual narratives.
• Post-Production & Compositing: Assist in video editing, motion graphics, and compositing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• 3D Asset Animation: Utilize 3D software (such as Blender or Maya) to create expressive movements, basic rigs, and environmental elements.
• AI Integration & R&D: Actively explore, test, and integrate AI-powered utilities to optimize and innovate our animation and editing workflows.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Participate in creative reviews, iterate constructively based on feedback, and contribute positive energy to team goals.

• Foundational Animation Skills: A solid grasp of weight, timing, poses, and character expression.
• Software Proficiency:
• Hands-on familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset prep.
• Familiarity with 3D pipelines in Blender or Maya.
• Narrative Instincts: A budding eye for cinematic pacing, camera angles, and visual storytelling.
• Mindset: Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven creative environment.
• Language: Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Generative AI Savvy: Experience translating concepts into high-quality visual assets using AI image-generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or Google Gemini).
• AI Video Experimentation: Curiosity and hands-on experience with emerging generative video tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Kling, HeyGen, or similar).
• Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for educational content, biology, medicine, or healthcare storytelling.
