What will you do Key Responsibilities Supporting the team lead in managing a brand across multiple countries Close cooperation with markets, regional teams to ensure end to end project ownership Independent execution of projects e.g. NPI roll-out or new global campaigns (also cross-functional and cross-country) Management of operational marketing to achieve quantitative and qualitative brand goals (incl. budget management) Initiation of market research projects, analysis of market and panel data Expansion of the brand-specific e-commerce strategy Close cooperation with external agencies to implement Advertising & Communication Strategies in Above- and Below-the-Line activities What we are looking for Required Qualifications Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing First professional/internship experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry International experience through internships or studies desirable Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility Confident handling of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization) Intercultural competence and outstanding communication skills Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure Business fluent in German and English Confident in the use of MS Office Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
