Role description
We’re looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Specialist with creative flair, an eye for design and the organisational skills to bring ideas to life. You will help Arethia and its three sub-brands communicate clearly and consistently, turning ideas into visual concepts and materials for customer communications, events and everyday use. Based in Reinbek, you will join a small international Marketing team with colleagues in Switzerland, Germany and Indonesia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of defined tasks and recurring projects, combining hands-on creative work with the coordination needed to deliver them. Working closely with Sales, People & Culture, local teams and external suppliers, you will see projects through from first idea to finished material.
This role suits you if you enjoy creating as much as organising. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will deepen your experience in marketing for global business customers and take on more complex projects as you grow.
Your Mission
Execute day-to-day marketing activities, including newsletter builds, social media publishing and website updates, using agreed content and briefs.
Design digital and printed materials using templates and brand guidelines, including social media graphics, banners, packaging, stickers and internal invitations.
Develop clear, editable PowerPoint presentations and maintain templates that help colleagues create consistent materials.
Organise annual customer gift campaigns, coordinating recipient lists, gift selection, orders and delivery with Sales and local teams.
Coordinate merchandise and printed materials across locations, managing requirements, suppliers, stock and distribution.
Support campaigns and events by preparing materials, coordinating requests and tracking delivery against agreed deadlines.
Maintain organised marketing assets and our Brand Portal so colleagues can find and reuse approved materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, business, marketing, communications or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
Marketing experience; internships count.
Two years’ experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail.
English C1 and German C2, spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Figma.
Experience with newsletters, website updates or social media platforms.
Experience coordinating suppliers, merchandise, customer gifts or events.
Knowledge of AI tools and practical experience using Claude for marketing tasks.
