Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by interacting directly with clients to understand their functional and technical needs.

• Collaborate with partner technology teams to deliver analytical solutions and meet business goals in a timely and accurate manner.

• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions, integrating processes, business rules, and data to support organizational objectives.

• Communicate technology solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

• Proven experience in writing user stories and translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Strong understanding of how to leverage technology appropriately to meet business objectives.

• Hands-on experience with writing and executing SQL queries is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across various groups and levels of the organization.
