🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Business Analyst – IT

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client in the Financial Services industry and support digital product enhancements, business transformation, and strategic initiatives.

📍 Location: Waterloo, ON (Toronto also considered)

📅 Contract: 12 months (Potential extension)

💼 Experience: 3–5 years

Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Analyze business data and identify process improvements.
• Support digital product enhancements and stakeholder initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Rally and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
