Good decisions need good data. If you want to go deep into data and see your work shape real business decisions, this is the place for you!
Who This Role Is For
This is a graduate or junior role. You have a relevant education in data or analytics, or up to two years of relevant experience. If you studied something else but moved into data analytics work, your experience counts. What matters is a solid base you can build on.
What We Hope You Bring
You join a team of three analysts, two in Oslo and one in Copenhagen, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Portfolio Management. The team covers the Nordic B2B market and works across countries on shared B2B projects. Our analysts also work closely with the AI team, a group of about 15 specialists, so you are never the only one with the answer. You start by working alongside the team and your mentor, supporting the Swedish B2B business. Over time, you will take on more responsibility for it. The team is also responsible for how our analyst data is built and organised, and you will get the opportunity to learn and contribute to that as well
A Mentor Who Is Part Of The Picture
You will not be left to figure it out alone. Your mentor is an experienced analyst located in Oslo, Fornebu. You work closely together every day on method, data quality and the hard technical questions. This role offers substantial responsibility along with guidance from someone highly skilled in the work.
Build, measure, learn
We work in a build, measure, learn cycle. Your analysis is put to use quickly, evaluated and improved based on what happens. You see the effect of your work, not just the report, in real business life.
What You'll Do
You enjoy spending time in the data. You can explain a technical finding simply to someone who is not technical, and you take initiative to pick up new things quickly. This is the role for you if you see yourself making a career as a data analyst and want a great start.
Does this sound like you? We really want to hear from you.

Location: Oslo, Norway. Working language: business English. At least 3 days per week in the office, per company policy.
