Role Description The Junior Business Consultant for Chinese market will support consulting projects focused on clients engaging with or expanding into the Chinese market. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Vienna, Austria, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, assisting in the preparation of client reports and presentations, and supporting senior consultants in designing business strategies for the Chinese market. The role involves gathering and interpreting data, helping to identify regulatory and operational risks, and contributing to recommendations that improve client performance and compliance. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of assigned work.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to assist in client projects, develop solutions, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present findings, prepare reports, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance skills to support financial analyses, budgeting considerations, and business performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with the Chinese market, business culture, or Mandarin language proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Vienna, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data analysis tools is an advantage.
