Dein Arbeitsplatz:

• Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Steuerung einer oder mehrerer Warenkategorien im Einkauf
• Unterstützung des Sortiments- und Produktstrategien sowie Entwicklung bzw. Organisation effektiver Beschaffungsstrategien
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines klar positionierten und differenzierten Produktportfolios für die relevanten Kundengruppen
• Verantwortlich für die Erreichung des Ertragsbudgets der zu verantwortenden Warenkategorien
• Zuständig für die Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Produkte, Programme und Show Konzepte
• Bewertung und Anlegen des Lieferantenportfolios auf der Kenntnis von Beschaffungsmärkten, Konditionen, sowie dem Markt- und Mitbewerberumfeld
• Interne Präsentation von Marken und Sortimentsstrategien
• Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Platzierung von Tagesangeboten, geplanten Premieren, Kampagnen und Events
• Verhandlungen bestmöglicher Einkaufspreise und Konditionen mit Lieferanten
• Regelmäßige Lieferantenmeetings zwecks der Analyse der Produktperformance sowie der Entwicklung neuer Konzepte, welche im Einklang mit den QVC-Zielen und Qualitätsstandards sind
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Markt- und Wettbewerberanalysen

Was Du mitbringst:

• Hochschulabschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Handel
• 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im nationalen/internationalen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem Multichannel Umfeld
• (Erste) Erfahrung im Einkauf von Handelsmarken
• Produkt-/Marktkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in der operativen Sortimentsplanung und -entwicklung
• Hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft und Interesse an der Mitgestaltung neuer Prozesse
• Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
• Umgang mit einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Verantwortungsbewusst und Problemlösungsorientiert
• Ergreifung von Eigeninitiative
• Kreativität in der Produktentwicklung und Markenbildung
• Hohe Kundenorientierung
