In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from all over the world. They will turn to you seeking valuable advice and assistance, and your daily work will significantly contribute to client satisfaction with our services and a positive reputation in the market. Your Key Responsibilities
To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email and other communication channels;
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution;
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM softwares;
Perform routine daily tasks using Gemini, Claude, or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What We're Looking For
Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications;
Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English. Additional languages would be advantageous;
Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role;
Prior customer service experience is advantageous;
Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
