Qualifications : · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience. · 3+ years working in technical roles within the IT industry. · Some exposure to Cloud or DevOps, including AWS certifications and relevant courses. Our emphasis is on ensuring the scalability and reliability of cloud systems, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS). · Some programming skills; we'll review your GitHub account. · Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git and GitHub. · Empathetic with strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail. Learning Opportunities: · Develop strong background in Cloud Computing Services - Amazon Web Services (AWS). · Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation (or Terraform) and Ansible. · Learn how to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and GitHub Actions. · Became familiar with various tech stacks including Go, Node.js, PHP (WordPress), and Ruby. · Improve technical skills in GNU/Linux and web technologies. · Became knowledgeable about databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, AWS SQS, and AWS Keyspaces (for Apache Cassandra). · Learn about security and compliance management with centralized logging, threat analysis and remediation. · Develop experience in participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation and perform root cause analysis.
