Start: Immediately | Level: Intermediate | Location: Germany, France, remote | Type: Full-time (40h/week) As a Community Manager (m/f/d) , you will become part of our Social Media Team. This role offers you the chance to actively support our fantastic community directly on our social media channels and be part of the team behind ESN and More Nutrition . The position is permanent and offers a remote setup. Your mission You primarily manage our French-language social media accounts and additionally support community management across our other channels You moderate comments, messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube You work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed-upon roster You possess strong judgment, which you bring to content moderation and generating feedback You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the shift schedule Your experience & skills You speak French at a native level and have very good to fluent written and spoken German skills. English skills are a plus You are ideally based in Germany You bring at least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-oriented environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing, or community management) You share our passion for offering our customers the best products and the best service You are curious and truly enjoy actively fostering our community You stand out for your high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and accuracy You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and also enjoy working flexibly from your smartphone Why choose us?
