Key Responsibilities

The Junior Compliance Analyst will assist the Compliance team with:

  • Supporting client onboarding and reviewing KYC/CDD documentation for completeness.

  • Conducting basic screening checks, including sanctions, PEP and adverse media searches.

  • Assisting with periodic reviews and updating client compliance files.

  • Following up on missing or expired KYC documentation.

  • Maintaining Compliance registers, trackers and records.

  • Assisting with AML/CFT and compliance monitoring activities.

  • Supporting the preparation of compliance reports and basic statistics.

  • Assisting with regulatory surveys, questionnaires and information requests.

  • Supporting the preparation and organization of documents required for audits and regulatory reviews.

  • Assisting with the review and administrative updating of Compliance policies, procedures and manuals.

  • Supporting the organization of Compliance and AML/CFT training.

  • Maintaining training attendance and completion records.

  • Conducting basic regulatory or compliance research when required.

  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and information for management, committee and Board reporting.

  • Following up on outstanding Compliance actions under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Compliance function.

  • Performing other Compliance-related duties and participating in projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics or another relevant field.

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous internship or work experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, KYC, financial services, audit, risk or a related area would be an advantage but is not essential.

  • Basic knowledge of AML/CFT or financial services regulations would be advantageous.
