Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione SAP FI, un percorso che ti permetterà di crescere come analista funzionale nell’ambito dei processi amministrativo contabili.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• supportare il team nell’analisi dei processi contabili e amministrativi del cliente;

• partecipare ai workshop di raccolta dei requisiti, contribuendo alla stesura della documentazione di progetto;

• affiancare i consulenti nella configurazione del modulo SAP FI, in particolare su contabilità generale, ciclo attivo e ciclo passivo;

• supportare le fasi di test e la verifica della correttezza dei dati;

• contribuire alla predisposizione di manuali e materiali formativi per gli utenti.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• sei laureanda/o o neolaureata/o in Economia, Management, Finanza o discipline affini;

• conosci i principi di contabilità generale, la logica della partita doppia e la struttura del bilancio;

• hai familiarità con i concetti di ciclo attivo e passivo, fatturazione e adempimenti IVA;

• sei interessata/o alla digitalizzazione dei processi e a capire come i sistemi gestionali supportano le funzioni amministrative;

• hai buone capacità di analisi e un approccio preciso e organizzato;

• utilizzi con dimestichezza Excel e gli strumenti del pacchetto Office; costituisce un plus aver seguito un corso introduttivo SAP;

• possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team;

• sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all’estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

L’opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 800€ per stage curriculare o 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare o in assunzione con inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio e RAL di ingresso: € 30.000, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi quali il titolo di studio e la valutazione del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising their processes, analysing and managing risk, and carrying out extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in SAP FI implementation projects, a path that will allow you to grow as a functional analyst in the field of finance and accounting processes.

Specifically, you will:

• support the team in analysing the client’s accounting and administrative processes;

• take part in requirements gathering workshops, contributing to project documentation;

• work alongside consultants on the configuration of the SAP FI module, particularly general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable;

• support testing activities and data accuracy checks;

• help prepare user manuals and training materials.

Come As You Are – Your skills and attributes

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• are about to graduate or have recently graduated in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field;

• understand the principles of general accounting, double-entry bookkeeping and the structure of financial statements;

• are familiar with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay concepts, invoicing and VAT requirements;

• are interested in process digitalisation and in how enterprise systems support finance functions;

• have good analytical skills and a precise, organised approach;

• are confident using Excel and the Office suite; having attended an introductory SAP course is a plus;

• have a good command of English and enjoy working in a team;

• are willing to travel in Italy and abroad as project needs require.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €30,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
