Drink More Water, together we grow.

Here at waterdrop®, we make drinking more water fun, convenient and most importantly, sustainable! Discover the world of innovative and eco-friendly hydration solutions with our fruity little cubes – Microdrinks – that save up to 98% plastic compared to drinks in 500ml plastic bottles.* Our centrally-located headquarters offers a vibrant environment, featuring an on-site restaurant and gym, not to mention the opportunity to connect with prospective colleagues from all over the world. With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • As a Junior Creative Project Manager (m/f/d) you will work closely with our Creative Operations Manager and take ownership of the smooth day-to-day delivery of creative projects, from brief to final delivery.

  • You maintain project trackers, timelines and status updates, follow up on deadlines and coordinate feedback rounds and final approvals.

  • You ensure briefs are complete before work begins and flag missing information, delays or risks early.

  • You coordinate translations: you identify language requirements for upcoming artworks, build timelines, brief our translation agency in Airtable and review translated copy against our style standards, supported by Claude-assisted checks.

  • You run Claude-based proofreading on final designs and manage revision loops with the agency.

  • You manage final assets in our Digital Asset Management system with accurate naming, tagging and clear version control.

  • You maintain our usage-rights tracker, file licences and releases and flag upcoming expiry dates.

  • You support photoshoots by coordinating product and sample shipments and making sure final assets are stored correctly afterwards.

  • You liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on missing information and invoices.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your university studies.

  • You have first experience in coordination, project management, production, creative operations or a similar role.

  • You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

  • You excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • You're confident following up with stakeholders and keeping work moving.

  • You have experience with project-management or collaboration tools and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers.

  • You're curious about AI tools and how they can make workflows smarter.

  • You're proactive, structured and solution-oriented, and you know when an issue should be escalated.

  • Fluent English is a must. German or another European language is a plus.

What we offer you:

  • A high-achieving, international community of waterdrop® colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, Austria.

  • MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance.

  • In-house fitness centre.

  • In-house company doctor & Instahelp vouchers.

  • Subsidized healthy meals, for a break with your colleagues.

  • Discount on your waterdrop purchases.

  • Coverage of your transportation card.

  • Legendary summer and Christmas parties!

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 40.000 to EUR 45.000 on a full-time basis (All-in). The final salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
