WE ARE HIRING : Junior Data Analyst – Business Intelligence Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: BPO Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst – Business Intelligence to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on building dashboards, transforming data, and delivering insights to enhance business performance within a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Use Power Query and Excel to clean, transform, and structure data Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from MySQL databases Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines Provide technical support for BI tools and troubleshoot data issues Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Deliver timely insights to support business decisions Maintain and optimize BI systems and reporting processes Support continuous improvement in data analytics and reporting Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles Experience in data visualization and reporting tools Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and MS Excel Experience with MySQL and data modeling concepts Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Ready to take your career to new heights?
