Junior Data Governance Analyst

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for Junior Data Governance Analysts to join a long term regulatory initiative within an international banking environment. The programme focuses on BCBS239 and RDARR compliance, supporting risk data aggregation, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data governance. The environment is structured and documentation heavy, with strong emphasis on data lineage, metadata management, and data quality controls across financial risk domains. Responsibilities Support creation and maintenance of metadata documentation including data ownership and business definitions Prepare business and vertical data lineage documentation Assist in documenting data quality controls and validation rules Participate in data transformation and data management activities Work with structured financial and risk datasets Collaborate with international stakeholders in English Ensure governance artefacts are aligned with regulatory standards Requirements Junior level experience in data management, data governance, or data quality Understanding of financial data used in reporting or risk processes Basic knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks Ability to analyse complex documentation and extract key information Strong attention to detail and structured way of working Good communication skills in English Nice to have Exposure to BCBS239 or RDARR regulations Experience in regulatory or financial services projects Experience working within banking or consulting environments Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in a multinational environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline Remote work model
