Overview

About this Position:

As a Junior Digital Art Director, you'll partner with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, strategists, experience designers, and developers to pioneer interactive brand experiences, digital products, and physical activations. You'll combine strong visual design skills with cutting-edge AI workflows to rapidly prototype, iterate, and transform complex ideas into compelling, real-world experiences.

We're looking for an AI-empowered creator who is curious by nature, energized by experimentation, and driven to build prototypes that bring vision to life in fast-paced environments. You understand that great design is functional, experimental, and deeply engaging—creating connections, simplifying complexity, and inspiring action across both digital and physical touchpoints.

The ideal candidate bridges traditional craft with modern technology, seamlessly leveraging AI tools, design systems, rapid prototyping, and real-life activations to build seamless, immersive brand experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead rapid prototyping initiatives using AI generation tools and design software to visualize concepts, test interactions, and ship interactive digital products.

  • Concept, design, and execute immersive real-life activations, experiential brand installations, and physical-meets-digital touchpoints.

  • Integrate generative AI tools into daily creative workflows to accelerate idea generation, art direction, asset creation, and rapid functional experience building.

  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Experience Designers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to bring high-impact digital and physical experiences from brief to life.

  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product mechanics, user flows, and experimental interfaces to clients and internal leadership.

  • Drive concept development, strategic ideation, and interactive storytelling across digital products and physical spaces.

  • Design compelling, user-centered digital products that balance creative ambition, technological innovation, and business goals.

  • Help build and scale modular design systems and component libraries tailored for rapid digital and physical experience design.

  • Continually explore, test, and adopt emerging AI tools, creative tech software, and prototyping frameworks that shape the future of brand experiences.

  • Present creative ideas, interactive prototypes, and design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience creating digital products, interactive prototypes, and mobile-first experiences with a strong visual foundation.

  • Direct, hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to generate visual concepts, speed up workflows, and build functional prototypes.

  • Experience concepting, designing, and physically bringing real-life activations and experiential environments to execution.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing AI-assisted workflows, interactive prototypes, mobile-first product design, and physical or hybrid brand activations.

  • High proficiency in rapid prototyping, turning static ideas into interactive, testable experiences quickly and efficiently.

  • Expertise in Figma, including design systems, interactive components, variables, micro-interactions, and advanced prototyping capabilities.

  • Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles, responsive web standards, interaction design, and modern accessibility guidelines.

  • Strong agency or fast-paced studio experience, with a track record of guiding concepts from preliminary AI ideation to final build and production.

  • Exposure to motion design, 3D prototyping, interactive spatial experiences, or immersive web technologies.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate how AI tools and rapid prototyping drive creative solutions.

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset eager to continuously test new AI software, prototyping methods, and experiential build techniques.
