Junior Digital Marketing Internship

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing & Talent Relations Intern to support our digital content presence and maintain accurate, high‑quality talent data across our internal systems. This role is ideal for students or early‑career professionals looking to build hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content coordination, and operational support within a fast‑growing advisory environment. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Coordination (LinkedIn) Monitor industry leaders and talent profiles Identify top insights and thought‑leadership content Curate and repost relevant content to strengthen brand visibility and engagement YouTube & Video Support Assist in coordinating and organizing video content Apply Apogee branding to speaker or executive reels using basic editing tools Support rollout and organization of new video series and digital assets Talent Database Upkeep Maintain internal tracking files and talent records Update bios, headshots, video links, and other materials Ensure backend systems and website‑ready content remain accurate and current Internship Requirements: Minimum 12–16 weeks availability 20 hours per week Unpaid internship Qualifications Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube Basic video packaging/editing skills (Canva, iMovie, CapCut, or similar tools) Excellent written communication skills for captions and short‑form content Highly organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets Ability to manage deadlines and follow structured workflows Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn What You Will Gain Real‑world experience in digital marketing and talent operations Exposure to executive‑level branding and content strategy Portfolio‑ready digital content across LinkedIn and YouTube Experience supporting a high‑growth advisory firm Mentorship and direct involvement in brand‑building initiatives
