Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

You will join our Media & Growth Marketing Team and work closely with local and global stakeholders. You will be responsible for the operational planning, monitoring, and optimization of organic and paid traffic, translating digital insights into business impact, and driving sustainable growth across our e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance media, or SEO
• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Continuous learning attitude and adaptability to digital trends
• Working knowledge of SEO practices and AI-driven marketing tools

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational planning, monitoring, and optimization of organic and paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
• Verify technical activation of all components and campaign settings
• Manage daily budget pacing and ensure compliance with overall budget objectives
• Apply processes and guidelines, adapting them to local or specific needs when required
• Monitor organic traffic and paid campaign performance, report on results, and implement operational SEO and paid optimizations (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs etc.)
• Identify and apply operational quick wins (e.g., creative rotation, targeting, dayparting adjustments)
• Suggest and implement budget reallocations within or across active campaigns
• Maintain the search strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis
• Translate search insights into business impact for top e-category teams
• Turn content into a measurable and scalable acquisition asset
