Junior Education Advisor - Sales

Role Description The Junior Education Advisor will support prospective and current learners by explaining programs, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable learning options.

This is a hybrid role based in Cairo, combining on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting phone and video consultations, following up with prospective learners, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams.

The role will also involve outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, and online meetings, with a strong focus on supporting enrollment and building relationships with learners.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and persuasion skills
• University student, fresh graduate, or early-career professional
• Comfortable conducting phone and video calls
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Comfortable using digital communication and CRM tools
• Interest in education, technology, business, or career development
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, reliably commuting to Sheikh Zayed City while managing remote tasks professionally.
