Summary

We're looking for a warm, detail-driven individual who thrives on bringing people together while keeping every detail precisely in order. As the Junior Events and Training Specialist, you'll create and edit event content, training materials, and employee communications that reflect the heart of Classical Conversations — The CC Way — while serving as a welcoming, helpful presence at events. This role blends relational energy with careful craftsmanship: one day you're building rapport with attendees and coworkers, the next you're meticulously proofreading content for Chicago style accuracy. If you love connecting with people as much as you love getting the details right, this is a chance to grow your skills in content creation, event coordination, and classical Christian education — all in service of homeschool families and the broader CC community.
