Junior Facade Engineer

Our solutions are designed to identify structural issues, energy inefficiencies, material flaws and safety risks, enhancing the sustainability and safety of buildings globally. Overview We are seeking a Junior Façade Engineer to join our remote engineering team in the Philippines. The role focuses on reviewing AI generated façade inspection results, validating structural defect classifications, assigning engineering severity scores, and supporting the preparation of technical façade inspection reports. This position is ideal for licensed Civil Engineers with a strong structural engineering foundation who are interested in AI assisted building inspection technologies. Job Description Analyze façade inspection data generated by Inspekt AI's AI platform to identify, classify, and interpret structural and material conditions. Validate AI-detected defects and refine classifications based on engineering assessment and established inspection standards. Prepare comprehensive façade engineering reports highlighting structural integrity, deterioration patterns, and recommended maintenance actions. Interpret both visual and thermal imagery to detect issues such as moisture ingress and thermal bridging. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance defect detection accuracy, annotation guidelines, and façade repair typologies. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables while working remotely with an international, multidisciplinary team. Required Skills and Work Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Professional Civil Engineering (PRC) license Experience in façade, building and infrastructure inspection, condition assessment, or structural analysis and reporting Strong understanding of façade materials, deterioration mechanisms, and typical repair methodologies. Proficiency in interpreting image-based inspection data, including drone imagery and Experience in interpreting thermal imaging data is an advantage. Advanced analytical and technical writing skills for producing detailed engineering documentation. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration within an international team. Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools; familiarity with BIM is an advantage Experience collaborating remotely within distributed technical or engineering teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a remote environment. Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision. Perform other related duties as assigned to support project requirements.
