Junior Finance Specialist with French

A little about the employer:

This is a global business services center providing Finance, HR, IT, and other corporate services to the company’s teams across different countries. Hundreds of professionals work here, supporting international teams, developing their skills in a multicultural environment, and building their careers within a global company.

What you will do:

• Work with financial data and accounts: check financial information, make necessary adjustments, and reconcile data between different systems.
• Find and resolve discrepancies: when amounts or data do not match, identify the reason and help correct the issue.
• Support month-end closing: check that all transactions are recorded correctly and help the team complete financial processes at the end of each month, quarter, and year.
• Work with reporting: prepare and check financial data used for reporting.
• Communicate with colleagues in France: communicate daily in French via email and meetings to resolve financial-related questions.

What we are looking for:

• English and French at Intermediate level or higher;
• attention to detail and confidence working with numbers;
• basic Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables);
• degree in Economics or a related field (International Relations or similar fields are also welcome);
• willingness to learn and develop.
