Junior Financial Systems Associate

We're looking for a Junior Financial Systems Associate to help support and enhance the financial applications that power our global business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in finance systems, ERP platforms, data , and business processes . You'll gain exposure to core finance operations, work closely with Finance and IT teams, and contribute to projects that improve how we work. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build expertise in enterprise financial systems, and play an active role in ensuring financial data and processes remain accurate, reliable, and efficient. Provide first-line support for financial system users across the business Investigate and resolve system, access, and data-related issues Monitor system integrations, scheduled processes, and daily operational activities Escalate complex issues to technical teams or vendors when needed Support application configuration, testing, and system administration activities Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and quality assurance checks Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports Review data discrepancies and help identify root causes Support finance transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and enhancement projects Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and user experience Create user guides and training materials Support end-user training and communication of system updates and best practices Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, IT, or a related field Up to 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Financial Systems, ERP support, or a similar environment Experience using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Hands-on experience with ERP systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate documentation Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Fluent English skills What We Offer Work for a global leader in data analytics, technology, and risk intelligence Gain hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems and business-critical processes Build expertise across finance, technology, data, and process improvement Learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment Private life insurance, private medical care, and a Multisport card A hybrid work model with at least 2 days per week in the office #LI-AD1 #LI-Hybrid
