About project: 

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer (.Net Core and React) for our international client who delivers innovative digital transformation solutions for the insurance and financial services industry. By combining artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and modern cloud technologies, the organization helps businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and create seamless customer experiences. The company operates across multiple global markets and is committed to driving innovation through scalable, data-driven platforms.

Responsibilities:

• As Junior Fullstack Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using React, Typescript, .Net Core APIs, and Oracle Database;

• You will be building and maintaining user interfaces using eact and Typescript;

• You will be working closely with business users and functional teams to understand requirements;

• You will be translating business requirements into technical solutions;

• You will be reviewing code and ensure adherence to project standards and best practices;

• You will be supporting deployment, testing, and release activities;

• You will be participating in architecture discussions and technical design reviews;

• Other‌ ‌ related‌ ‌ duties‌ ‌ which‌ ‌ may‌ ‌ be‌ ‌ assigned‌ ‌ by‌ ‌ immediate‌ ‌ superior‌‌.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with .Net Core / ASP .Net Core Web API Development and ReactJS;

• Has basic experience in SQL particularly Oracle Database;

• Knowledgeable in stored procedures, packages, performance tuning, and query optimization;

• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;

• Has exposure with Git and source control practices;

• Has experience in Agile/Scrum development environments;

• Ability to understand software design principles and application architecture;

• Has exposure with DevExtreme UI components, Dapper, and Oracle Managed Data;

• Exposure to insurance, finance, or ERP domains and working on a large-scale enterprise applications;

• Above-average communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments;

• Good oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in documentation and stakeholder interactions.

• Salary for work amounting to ₱ 25,000 to 30,000;

• Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
