Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our Head of Marketing and Sales team by producing high-quality presentations and a wide variety of visual assets. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience across marketing and sales enablement while developing their craft in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through compelling decks, graphics, and branded materials that help tell our story and drive business results. What You’ll Do Design and maintain sales and marketing decks (PowerPoint-heavy) in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Create a range of visual assets including presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, digital assets, and internal materials Support the Head of Marketing with campaign visuals and brand initiatives Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards Assist with layout, typography, and visual storytelling for client-facing materials Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders What We Offer Hands-on mentorship from senior marketing leadership Exposure to both marketing and sales strategy A collaborative, creative environment Opportunities for growth and skill development Competitive salary and benefits How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant design work (especially presentations and marketing assets). Must-Haves Expert-level proficiency in Figma Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint (professional presentation design is core to this role) Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) A strong design eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visual content Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple requests Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Nice to Have 1–3 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design Experience designing sales enablement materials or pitch decks Basic motion or video skills Familiarity with brand systems and design guidelines
