The Role

The Junior Graphic Designer works within with the Creative Department and collaborates with Account Management, Web Design & Development and Social Media teams.

The selected candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to easily come up with plenty of edgy, strategic ideas. Our clients come from a wide range of industries, so we encourage the utilisation of your creativity, drive and flexibility to adapt as the need arises.

We are looking for a candidate who is deeply rooted in the Athenian creative scene and ready to commit long-term:

• Residence & Availability: Must currently live in Athens, Greece, and be willing to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm) in a hybrid model (4 days on-site / 1 day remotely). Remote applications will not be considered, on-site presence is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Junior Graphic Designer in a creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate, understand and be able to follow the creative directions of the Senior Graphic Designers / Art Directors and Creative Director, within our team.
• Create engaging digital artwork of all scope.
• Create digital visuals for ad campaigns, in all major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.).
• Create content for social media accounts, for various industries.
• Carry out daily tasks assigned to you by the graphic design team and multi-task efficiently.
• Translate key marketing messages visually so as to easily engage audiences for a variety of products and activities, including but not limited to: social media posts and promotions, digital advertising, print projects, banners, posters, display videos and multimedia for internal and external communication, all of the above while strictly adhering to our client’s brand guidelines and their recognisable brand formatting and presentation
• Keep up-to-date with current creative and digital trends, suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of our clients.
• Maintain an easy-to-access library of project digital files on a cloud server environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a creative agency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva or similar platform for digital content creation.
• Experience designing creative assets for digital campaigns.
• Comfortable in using AI tech for creative projects (OpenAI, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini etc.).
• Knowledge in video editing and motion graphics.
• Passionate about creating stunning visuals that reflect a wide range of clients and their respective needs and desires.
• Good understanding of key marketing principles.
• A great eye for detail and astute creativity.
• Communication & presentation skills.
• Be able to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets easily.
• Fluent in both Greek and English.
• Proactive and positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to project manage and work within specific deadlines.
• Ability to harmonically work in a team of professionals.
• Excellent use of computers, tablets and smartphones (MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android environments).
• Excellent use of email clients (Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Windows Mail etc.) and Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Positive energy, passion for creativity and a big smile on your face.
