Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise) 1. Have medium-level skills with graphic design software (Figma, Adobe suite, etc.) 2. The ability to ideate dozens of creative concepts at a high rate of speed Duties: Engage with client to understand unique needs and preferences Coach clients through the briefing process to generate high-quality creative briefs. Rapidly create and pitch design novel creative concepts including core brand positioning Aggregate client feedback and implement key points creatively Deliver finalized assets with supporting documentation to assist client marketing teams Operate as a member of the creative team, including as a branding thought partner Participate in the brand discovery process with clients and the broader branding team Create logos, design standards, and brand imagery in collaboration with clients About TOP https://topagency.com/ TOP is a full-service global PR and marketing agency.
