Your responsibilities will be: Act as HR Business Partner of business areas and support teams; Build trusting relationships and be an influencing agent for key stakeholders; Develop leadership; Assist leaders in establishing a people strategy focused on achieving business goals; Support and guide leaders in career management, succession planning and remuneration of their team in accordance with the company's tools and policies; Support and guide leaders in conducting the employee's journey so that it takes place in an engaging and consistent manner; Conduct calibration committees, as well as discussions of talents and potentials, acting in partnership with leaders in their development and engagement plan; Contribute to the effective implementation of People's programs/projects/initiatives; Carry out engagement survey, creating discussion forums for the construction of plans and monitoring of the implementations; Monitor the employees' offboarding process; Propose initiatives derived from the analysis of available data (engagement survey, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.); Provide visibility of people and culture indicators to leaders, providing support for decision making; Assisting leaders in conflict management and mediation; Working in partnership with the Culture team to build and execute an employer branding strategy; Disseminate Soluparts' values and culture.
