Junior HR Analyst at BairesDev

As a Junior Human Resources Analyst, you will support core HR operations and people-related processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives and daily operations.

What You'll Do:

- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.

- Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.

- Help maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy.

- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.

- Assist in organizing training, development, and HR programs.

- Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What We Are Looking For:

- 1+ year of experience in human resources, people operations, or administrative roles.

- Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and employee lifecycle.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Willingness to learn and grow in human resources.

- Advanced level of English.
