Junior HR Specialist

This is NOT a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting position! At Cornerstone Global Partners, we're looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join a growing global operations team supporting international clients and workforce programs.

This role is ideal for HR Operations, Shared Services, People Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Onboarding, or Workforce Management professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while managing multiple processes and systems.

⚡What you'll do:

• Support onboarding and HR processes, including candidate follow-ups, operations, and worker setup.
• Assist with background screening processes through external vendor platforms.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and triage inquiries from clients and workers.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information across internal systems.
• Support data entry, data audits, reporting, and documentation management.
• Assist with HR and operational records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Operations team.
• Use Excel to organize, review, and maintain HR and operational data.

💡You are:

• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 1+ Years of experience in HR, onboarding, or operations support within the US Market.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
