Dein Arbeitsplatz:

• Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Pflege und Koordination der People System Schnittstellen sowie Unterstützung bei der Administration unseres SAP-HCM-Systems

• Mitarbeit bei der technischen Ausrichtung unseres SAP-HCM-Systems, inklusive Standardisierung, Harmonisierung, Bewertung technischer Neuerungen, Abstimmung der Systemaktivitäten und Überwachung von Änderungen

• Bewertung und Koordination von System-Anforderungen und Tickets sowie Support der SAP-Schnittstellen, einschließlich der Koordination von externen Mitarbeitenden

• Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Schulung von Nutzer:innen bei Änderungen sowie Unterstützung bei Internal Audit, Internal Controls, IT-Security, IT-Compliance und externen Audits

• Mitarbeit in People IT-Systemprojekten wie ServiceNow, RBAC / Sailpoint, Verint oder ESS/Kiosk-Lösungen sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen

• Mitarbeit bei People relevanten Projekten mit Fokus auf IT-Anforderungen, Anforderungsanalyse, Kommunikation mit IT-Workstreams und Unterstützung in verschiedenen Projektsträngen

Was Du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich SAP-HCM
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im HRIS-Support oder im Umgang mit People Systemen
• IT- und Technikaffinität sowie gute SAP-HCM Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise als Key User
• Gute Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz, Organisationsvermögen und eine „Can do“-Haltung
• Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein verantwortungsbewusstes, selbständiges Arbeiten
• Sichere MS Office Kenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Grundkenntnisse im Changemanagement
