We are hiring a Junior HTML CSS Developer to join our advisory team as we support a major Saudi partner with their organizational growth. We need a Junior HTML CSS Developer to help us present these management frameworks in a way that is clear and easy to navigate. You will be helping us translate the strategies we develop for our Saudi partner into digital formats that their teams can use daily. You will work closely with our advisors to ensure that the logic of a management system is reflected in the digital tools we provide to the client.

What You Will Do

• Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS to build internal resource pages and documentation hubs for our clients.
• Translate organizational charts and process maps into responsive web layouts that are easy for leadership teams to read.
• Collaborate with our advisory team to turn meeting notes and strategy documents into structured digital archives.
• Maintain and update existing digital templates to ensure they remain functional and visually consistent.
• Test layouts across different browsers and devices to ensure a smooth experience for the end user.
• Help organize internal documentation libraries so that our team can find and reuse successful frameworks.
• Participate in brief syncs to understand the specific needs of our Saudi partner and how our digital deliveries support them.

What We Are Looking For

• A solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 fundamentals, including layout techniques like Flexbox or Grid.
• A preference for simplicity and clarity in code and design rather than unnecessary complexity.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Good written communication skills and the ability to explain technical choices to non technical colleagues.

Helpful Background
