Service & Remanufacturing Operating Model Expert

Location - Remote (Occasional travel to Al Khobor)
We are seeking a senior Service & Remanufacturing Operating Model Expert to help establish a large-scale industrial service and remanufacturing capability. You would be working as a consultant for a global Oil & Gas customer contributing to business critical projects and systems.
This is a strategic advisory role for someone with strong experience across industrial OEM, MRO, aftermarket, repair and manufacturing environments. You will define operating models, introduce proven industry practices, lead stakeholder workshops and provide guidance on building scalable service and remanufacturing processes.
Key Requirements:
10–15+ years’ experience in industrial services, MRO, remanufacturing or manufacturing
Background within a mature OEM or industrial service organisation
Experience with repair centres, workshops, remanufacturing facilities or manufacturing plants
Strong knowledge of component repair, restoration, quality and traceability
Relevant technical experience includes:
CNC machining & repair machining
Additive Manufacturing
Welding/material deposition
Casting & foundry
Coatings and surface treatment
Reverse engineering
