- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Being a competent support regarding the Procurement application domain
- Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in German and English
- Communicating and building a good relationship with the team and our customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
- Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining process database and documentation
- Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
- Active participation in the IT community
- Working with employees responsible for applications, including 2nd-level support to better understand the technical background
- Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
- Troubleshooting problems related to systems and applications, data related issues, mapping specific issues

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree
- Previous IT customer service/corporate experience for an Agent position
- A high-level understanding of technical aspects of applications and knowledge related to the Procurement domain will be an asset
- Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and/or ticketing tools will be an asset
- Very good German language skills (min. B2/C1)
- Good English language skills (min. B2)
