Job Description

We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team based in Poznań. This role involves providing technical assistance to individuals within our organization. The primary objective is to facilitate the smooth and effective utilization of computer technology by Profitroom staff.

The role

Within this capacity, the IT Engineer takes care of identifying and resolving issues reported by users while also offering guidance and assistance related to operating systems, office software, computer hardware, and network usage.

What you'll actually do

  • Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and effectively resolve technical problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize and improve technological processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Monitor systems and report potential IT security risks.


Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Operating Systems — basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Troubleshooting — ability to diagnose technical issues and effectively resolve them, both onsite and remotely.
  • Growth Mindset — willingness to learn and develop IT competencies.
  • Soft Skills — strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Languages — English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, and Polish C1.

→ Nice to have

  • Networking — basic knowledge of computer networks.
  • Development — basic scripting skills.
