Position Overview: This full-time role will involve 20% project work and 80% support, providing a unique opportunity to engage with diverse technologies while contributing to a collaborative team. Initially, you’ll work in the office to familiarize yourself with our organization, transitioning to a hybrid work model afterward. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support across various platforms, including M365 suite, Windows Server, and Azure AD, while also assisting with Mac and Adobe applications. Engage directly with clients, including C-level executives, to address their IT needs. Utilize tools like PCmover Professional, Autotask, N-able for ticketing and RMM, and Acronis for backup solutions. Assist with network management, including firewalls, VLANs, wireless configurations, and AV support for conference rooms.
