Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Legal Associate. The Junior Legal Associate will support senior legal professionals by drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and other documents for diverse local and international clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing regulatory and contractual issues, and preparing clear summaries and reports. The role also involves assisting with client communications, maintaining accurate matter files, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. The Junior Legal Associate is expected to manage assigned tasks proactively, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative, multicultural team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and the ability to identify and assess Legal Issues relevant to commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for legal research, issue spotting, and interpreting statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues in a multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional legal qualifications or bar eligibility are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience or coursework in commercial, corporate, or regulatory law is beneficial; prior internship or junior experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and openness to continuous learning and development within an international practice.
