About the Role

As a Junior Legal Personal Assistant, you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers across the firm. Working closely with an experienced Legal PA Specialist, you will support a designated group of attorneys through an assigned pairing or provide flexible, ad hoc support to a wider group of attorneys as business needs require. Collaborating with colleagues across the Attorney Support team, you will assist with a broad range of administrative tasks, build your understanding of legal support processes, and develop the organisational, communication and prioritisation skills needed to deliver efficient, proactive and responsive support to the firm’s lawyers. This role will be located in our London office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including calendar and schedule management, travel coordination, time entry, expense processing, and document preparation, editing, and management. Assist lawyers and colleagues with additional administrative tasks in response to business and client needs.
  • Develop proficiency in the firm’s systems, tools, and processes to manage requests effectively, resolve routine issues, and identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working.
  • Use the firm’s real-time work ticketing system, ServiceNow, to manage incoming support requests, prioritise tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with the preparation, editing, and processing of client invoices, along with other billing-related activities, as required.
  • Build professional knowledge and practical skills through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced members of the Attorney Support team.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues across the firm
  • Display a strong client-service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships while delivering responsive, high-quality administrative support
  • Take initiative and work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
  • Apply strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

And have:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
