Junior Licensing Officer

Kickstart your iGaming career as a Junior Licensing Officer. Assist with multi-jurisdictional licensing, regulatory applications, and core business growth projects. Location : St Julian's, Malta Responsibilities: Support the compilation of complex license-application requirements across target jurisdictions and convert them into structured project tracking frameworks for license applications. Collaborate with other teams in order to gather technical, operational, and corporate documentation required for regulatory filings. Be knowledgeable in license-application requirements to be able to reply to related queries. Review the provided documentation and request feedback from the different stakeholders. Review and organise legal translations, and key person applications into submission-ready filing systems. Assist in drafting responses to regulatory inquiries, audit requests, and license renewal queries from gaming authorities. Track milestone progress for ongoing license applications and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and compliance management. About you: 1+ years of iGaming experience or managing license applications in a regulated sector. Speak and write fluently in English, with the ability to liaise clearly across departments. Great time-management skills and able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Trustworthy to be able to handle confidential, sensitive executive and corporate data with discretion.
