What you will be doing As a Junior Logistic Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about logistics processes, interact with suppliers and customers, help maintain records, and contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. You’ll also assist the Operations Team Leads with various projects and work closely with local operational teams. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our company while upholding STC’s values and mission. Key responsibilities • Support the planning and coordination of inland exports/imports to ensure timely loading and delivery. • Help track shipments and process orders. • Enter data on reservation lists and provide timely information for transport coordinators. • Communicate clearly with the EMEA Operations department and other teams. • Assist with preparing and distributing transport documentation. • Process documentation according to quality standards. Qualifications We are looking for professional with demonstrated experience in corporate customer-facing roles, able to handle complex situations in a face-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, business administration, or a related field. • Relevant work experience in a customer support, administrative, logistics role or similar. • Fluency in English is mandatory, good command of French is also preferred. • Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in s team setting priorities and goals. • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
