You'll work closely with the Market Research Analyst and collaborate across the business to deliver insights that shape how we build and evolve our social casino experience. This is an ideal role for someone early in their research career who's eager to learn, comfortable with data, and genuinely excited about understanding what makes players tick. What you'll do Drive cross-functional insight by partnering with Product and wider stakeholders to deliver research that answers real business questions and moves decisions forward. Help shape research design by translating business problems into clear objectives, scoping methodologies, defining target audiences, and supporting sample planning alongside the Market Research Analyst. Build and deploy surveys using techniques such as MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, and concept testing — ensuring data is collected cleanly and efficiently from end to end. Support user research delivery by recruiting participants, preparing scripts and stimuli, and helping facilitate user tests for prototypes and early concepts. Own competitor intelligence by keeping the competitor tracker current and producing regular snapshots of feature launches, positioning shifts, and product changes across the market. Feed the player voice into the business by tagging and organising feedback from NPS, app reviews, support tickets, and social channels, and supporting focus group preparation. Turn data into clear stories by synthesising findings into concise reports, visual dashboards, and insight memos that are ready to present to cross-functional teams. What we're looking for Early-career experience in research, analytics, insights, or a closely related field — academic projects, internships, and placement years all count. Genuine curiosity about consumer and player behaviour, with a drive to move beyond the data and surface the so what . Solid analytical foundations: comfortable cleaning datasets, managing spreadsheets, and thinking critically about numbers; exposure to tools like R, SPSS, Python, SQL, or BI platforms is a bonus. A sharp eye for detail — you keep trackers tidy and documentation accurate without needing to be reminded. Clear, confident communication in written and spoken English, with the ability to present findings to mixed audiences. Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) or UX research tools (e.g. UserTesting) is a nice-to-have; full training will be provided.
