We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Junior Marketing Research Analyst to support the development of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for our solutions. This early-career role is ideal for someone interested in market analysis, competitive strategy, business planning, and supporting long-term marketing initiatives with measurable impact. You will work closely with senior members of the Strategic Marketing team to strengthen the link between market needs, customer insights, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities Market, Customer & Competitive Insights • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and trend analyses focusing on the European and NORAM regions. • Track competitor activities, product launches, and commercial strategies. • Prepare concise insight reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Portfolio & Strategic Planning Support • Help evaluate whitespace opportunities, and growth drivers. • Assist in annual strategic planning and long-range planning processes. Value Proposition & Messaging Development • Assist in translating market insights into strategic messaging frameworks. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging with customer needs and competitive realities. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Product, Solution leaders, Finance, and Regional teams to support strategic initiatives. • Provide strategic marketing input into project teams and internal stakeholders. Data, Reporting & Project Management • Maintain market and competitor tracking tools, dashboards, and presentations. • Generate summaries, and strategic insights for leadership reviews. 2-3 years of experience in consulting, banking or a strategic marketing position in a global company, fluent in English (written & spoken), Excel proficiency, including use of its functionalities for data crunching, PowerPoint and Word knowledge, AI proficiency for research, data-driven, analytical , problem-solver, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and consulting-style approach, familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence concepts.
