Junior Monitoring Engineer

What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Monitor the performance and status of our systems and key business indicators to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and respond to system alerts, incidents, and unusual activities.
• Analyze issues and follow established procedures to troubleshoot and resolve them.
• Handle incidents independently or collaborate with other teams to find effective solutions.
• Communicate with Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Developers, and other departments to maintain service quality.

You are a perfect match if you have:

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts:
• Morning: 08:00–17:00
• Evening: 14:00–23:00
• Night: 23:00–08:00
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and make decisions in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and process large amounts of new information.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and motivation to grow professionally.
