Together with us, you have the chance to grow every day, contributing to the energy transition, being responsible for:
- Basic network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security
- Document network configurations and update troubleshooting procedures
- Ensures continuity of Telecommunication services and collaborates with internal and external teams
- Analyzes any type of traffic and implements new functionalities required by the Business, including validation and acceptance of solutions
- Works with all Digital Solutions departments, including system engineers, level 1 support staff to resolve issues
- Ensures quality of services during changes in Network & Telecommunication solutions
- Responsible for service continuity, monitoring and incident response in the Network & Telecommunications area
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Minimum 1 year of work experience on network and telecommunication area
- Experience with software for capturing and analyzing network traffic
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent (or pursuing a bachelor degree, terminal year)
- Manages various computer network infrastructures, including basic implementation and service provisioning, experience with routers, switches, wi-fi, VPN
- Monitors performance and ensures system availability including reliability of all components in the solution
- Cisco certifications (CCNA) or similar
- English - advanced level
Nice To Have Experience With
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of automation and scripting for network management (e.g., Python, Bash)

- Crisis management skills, planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
- Collaborates with other colleagues to support team spirit and the appropriate work atmosphere
