Role PurposeSupport HoneyCoin’s core financial pipelines of customer settlements and daily provider withdrawals. Connect internal liquidity dashboards with the movement of funds to keep daily operations running without interruption. This execution-focused role uses internal systems to make data-driven decisions and acts as the first line of defence in identifying late transactions and platform errors.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Settlements & Transaction Processing
  • Review, verify and settle high volumes of customer payments on time.
  • Monitor transaction status across customer-facing functions and admin platforms.
  • Update settlement information in real time to keep records accurate and current.
2. Provider Withdrawals & Float Management
  • Monitor operational dashboards and provider float to identify funding needs and maintain adequate liquidity.
  • Process manual and automated withdrawals to provider platforms based on dashboard instructions and the required amounts.
  • Maintain liquidity requirements and ensure seamless transfers of funds between different parts of the business.
3. Data Tracking & System Administration
  • Maintain daily withdrawal, deposit and settlement records using Excel, Cortex and other internal systems.
  • Download daily transaction statements and organise them into reporting formats to support settlements and reimbursements.
4. Issue Identification & Escalation
  • Monitor provider systems for downtime and payment withdrawal delays.
  • Log issues clearly and escalate detailed information to the Senior Operations Manager for troubleshooting.
Candidate ProfileExperience & Technical Knowledge
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, fintech, finance or related data entry work.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to record information, produce reports and manage data.
  • Understanding of blockchain transactions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex internal admin dashboards.
  • Forex or stablecoin transaction-flow experience is preferred but not required.

  • A methodical, process-driven approach to executing tasks against dashboard metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive, high-volume financial transactions.
  • Clear, concise communication of issues to the Senior Operations Manager and other senior colleagues.
  • Reliability and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Success Measures
  • Timely and accurate customer settlements.
  • Provider float maintained against operational liquidity requirements.
  • Complete, current daily transaction records and statements.
  • Prompt identification, documentation and escalation of transaction delays and system issues.
