Context / Mission What we are looking for : We are looking for an operations-oriented profile to support the day-to-day follow-up of vulnerability remediation activities within a complex infrastructure environment. The role is primarily focused on coordinating and monitoring remediation actions, ensuring effective follow-up with the relevant technical teams, and contributing to the consolidation and reporting of vulnerability management activities. The position involves close collaboration with the security team, reviewing and processing vulnerability-related information, monitoring SLAs and target remediation dates, and identifying items that require clarification, additional follow-up, or escalation. Some involvement in patching follow-up may also be required. However, the core of the role is centered on operational coordination, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and reporting, rather than advanced cybersecurity analysis or hands-on DevOps activities.

Important note: Please note that this is a fully remote position; however, the role can only be performed from within Romania.

Main responsibilities :

• Monitor and follow up on vulnerability remediation activities across the infrastructure.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure remediation actions are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Track patching activities, SLAs, remediation deadlines, and overall progress.
• Review, consolidate, and maintain accurate vulnerability-related information and tracking.
• Identify blockers, missing information, and overdue actions, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when required.
• Prepare regular status reports and provide clear progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall operational vulnerability management process and ensure effective coordination between the different teams involved.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as System Administrator
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and system administration concepts.
• Experience with vulnerability management and patching activities.
• Good awareness of operational security principles.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow up on actions and topics with diplomacy and persistence.
• Comfortable working in a complex environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced level of French, both written and spoken.
