YOUR ROLE

• Working in accordance with the documentation available in EOS (compliant with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001);
• Ensuring Customer Demand Satisfaction from the order reception until the demand fulfillment using internal ordering and stock monitoring tools & ERP system;
• Managing finished goods flow between Sils/Warehouses and production locations to ensure the continued flawless production of all customers;
• Analyzing long and short term customer schedules, validating customer order and distributing to plants;
• Preparing coverage reports and following supplier/allied plant performance in terms of supplying materials on a timely basis;
• Monitoring inventory within defined limits and meet defined cost model. Providing month end forecast for SILS&Warehouse location and updating prediction every week considering all impacts during month;
• Aim no unclaimable obsolete at Versigent Warehouse or SILS and prepare necessary documentation to support management for obsolete and/or premium claim;
• Reconciling inventory on SAP with physical inventory and taking necessary action to correct SAP inventory;
• Supporting master data creation and booking invoices based on shipments from suppliers/production plant and to customers on SAP;
• Providing month end forecast for SILS&Warehouse location and updating prediction every week considering all impacts during month;
• Access to customer portals in order to upload, downloading or checking data, e.g. schedules, orders for aftersales;
• Participating in creation contingency plan periodically based on extraordinary conditions, agree with Service Center & supplier/allied plant on this plan and adjust PUS accordingly;
• Developing automatization, improving internal processes using available tools & VBA.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• University Degree – Technical University and engineering background is preferred;

• Good Analytical Thinking & Planning Ability;

• Language Skills: fluent English, communicative French would be an asset;

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Good computer skills: Experienced in MS Office Applications, knowledge of SAP would be an asset;

• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) knowledge;
• Experience in working with large databases & process improvement;
• Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural international teams.
